Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms had a modern-Hollywood feel and were a good size, clean, and with a nice poolside door, although there was a bit of a musty smell at times. The service was professional and accommodating, with room service available. The location was perfect, especially for those wanting to be near music and comedy clubs on the Sunset Strip. The dining experience was rated highly when booking, with delicious food offerings.
The hotel had a rock and roll decor, with steps away from a nice pool and a vibrant lounge with live music. The direct access to the pool was a plus, but the extremely small room size was a downside.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are very cool and well decorated, but unfortunately quite thin, making it hard to sleep due to noise from neighboring rooms. The location, however, is superb, right in the heart of West Hollywood's vibrant nightlife. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with some very kind staff and others with a consistently bad attitude. The dining options were delicious but on the pricier side for what was offered.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a beautiful and artistic decor that felt like home, but the noise from stomping above was disturbing. The service was a friendly and welcoming experience overall, despite some staff being more interested in their own tasks. The location was fantastic for exploring Hollywood and Universal Studios, although some aspects were better suited for specific attractions. The dining experience was a mix of delicious options and simplicity. The amenities and additional details added to the overall stay, though with some ups and downs.
